FUD Admission Requirements 2026/2027

To be eligible for admission through UTME, candidates must:

• Choose Federal University Dutse as their first-choice institution in JAMB.

• Score the minimum UTME cut-off mark approved for their chosen program.

• Possess at least five (5) O’Level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics.

• Obtain the required credits in not more than two sittings.

• Register and participate in the FUD Post-UTME screening exercise.

• Upload O’Level results on the JAMB CAPS portal. 

FUD Direct Entry Requirements

Direct Entry applicants must have one of the following:

• National Diploma (ND) with at least Lower Credit in a relevant discipline.

• NCE with Merit or higher.

• IJMB or GCE A-Level passes in relevant subjects.

• Other qualifications accepted by JAMB and FUD.

Candidates must also satisfy the required O’Level requirements. 

FUD O’Level Requirements

Applicants must have five credit passes in relevant subjects, including:

• Three other subjects relevant to the chosen course

Eligible candidates are required to register for the university’s online Post-UTME/Direct Entry screening. For the 2026/2027 admission cycle, the screening registration opened on 7 July 2026 and is scheduled to close on 10 August 2026.

Candidates are required to pay the prescribed screening fee, upload their credentials, and complete the online registration through the official portal.
