BASUG(SAZU) Admission Requirements 2026/2027

To gain admission into any undergraduate program, candidates must:

  • Obtain at least five (5) O’Level credit passes in relevant subjects.

  • Have credits in English Language and Mathematics where required.

  • Sit for the 2026 JAMB UTME.

  • Meet the university’s minimum UTME cut-off mark for the chosen course.

  • Choose BASUG (SAZU) as their first-choice institution or process a Change of Institution through JAMB.

  • Participate in the university’s Post-UTME screening exercise. 

 

BASUG(SAZU) O’Level Requirements

Applicants must possess:

  • Five credit passes in WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or an equivalent examination.

  • English Language and Mathematics among the required subjects for most programs.

  • Relevant subjects based on the chosen course.

  • Results obtained in not more than two sittings for most programs. 

 

BASUG(SAZU) Direct Entry Requirements

Direct Entry candidates should possess one of the following:

  • National Diploma (ND)

  • Higher National Diploma (HND)

  • Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE)

  • IJMB

  • JUPEB

  • GCE Advanced Level

  • Other qualifications accepted by JAMB

Applicants must also satisfy the O’Level requirements for their intended course.
