FUTA General Cut-Off Mark 2026/2027

For the 2026/2027 academic session, the general Cut-off Mark for all courses at the Federal University of Technology Akure FUTA is 180. 

So, every candidate that chose FUTA in their last Jamb is expected to score a minimum of 180 to be eligible to apply for the post UTME form and have a chance to qualify for admission. Failure to score 180 is an automatic disqualification.

FUTA Post UTME Eligibility

To be eligible for the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) Post UTME screening exercise for the 2026/2027 academic session, candidates must meet the following requirements:

1. Choose FUTA as First Choice Institution in the 2026 UTME. 

2. Score at least 180 in the 2026 UTME conducted by JAMB. 

3. Possess a minimum of five (5) O’Level credit passes, including:

   • English Language

   • Mathematics

   The credits must be obtained in not more than two sittings in WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or equivalent examinations. 

4. Direct Entry (DE) candidates who selected FUTA as their first-choice institution are also eligible to apply. 

5. Candidates awaiting O’Level results may apply, provided the results will be available before the admission process is concluded.
