ANSWER: Option B

EXPLANATION: since

Density = mass/volume and the question pointed out that assuming no loss of oil due to spilling, it means that the mass is conserved. 

So we have density × volume = constant

From there, we can have 

D1 × V1 = D2 × V2

Substitute the values inside that formula to arrive at your answer!
